Domain Knowledge and Experience ;-

1. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferable in AR area

2. Working knowledge in any ERP platform

3. good knowledge of excel

4. Good accounting knowledge

5. Team Management Skills

Roles and Responsibilities :-

1. Create Customer and Modify (if required)

2. Raise accurate Billing Invoices

3. Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions

4. Call or email customer to collect outstanding invoices.

5. Preparation of Cash Application Report

6. Report unapplied entries

7. Dunning letters and preparation of Statement of Account Language
