Job Description: UI Designer – 2-6 Years Exp Ideal Candidate 2-6 years of UI design experience with experience in UCD (User Centered Design) A solid grasp of User-centered design Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients. Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision. Good understanding of mobile-first and responsive design. Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them. Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism. Nice to have: Experience with Front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Building interface for Low-code platforms like Appian, Microsoft Power platform, Service now. Conduct usability testing Tasks and responsibilities Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
