Job Description

- Generate and analyze HR data and reports- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for HR and Business leadership- Monitor data accuracy and integrity within the HRMIS platform, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.- Provide user support for HRMIS users, including troubleshooting issues and answering inquiries related to HR systems.- Conduct training sessions for new and existing HR staff on HRMIS functionalities and features.- Develop user manuals and documentation for HRMIS users to ensure system utilization is optimized.- Identify areas for improvement within HR processes and collaborate with the HR team to implement solutions via the HRMIS.- Participate in testing and validation of new HRMIS features, ensuring they function correctly and meet business needs.- Ensure that HRMIS complies with relevant labor laws, data protection regulations, and organizational policies.- Monitor the safeguarding of employee personal data and ensure that confidentiality is maintained.- Support HRMIS projects, implementation of new modules, or process improvements.- Work closely with HR leadership and other departments to align HRMIS functionality with business goals.- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding system changes, data availability, and reporting needs.
