Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented L1 Support Resource to join our team. Must have travel management applications or similar applications. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

Will be responsible for
- Create Jira tickets for reported issues and monitor them for updates from the vendor team regularly.
- Testing and verifying fixes/changes in application.
- Addressing User Queries over mail
- Coordinate with vendors for escalations and issue resolution
- Reconcile data between applications and detailed reconciliation reports for mismatch records and error details
- Ability to write SQL queries while testing and validating data mismatches.
- Ability to debug, test applications
- Handle escalated issues that require deeper technical knowledge and troubleshooting
- Provide advanced support for complex problems, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Document findings and share knowledge with the L1 support team to prevent future occurrences.
- Work closely with development teams to address software bugs and enhancements.

Required Skills:
• Proficiency in using Jira, MS SQL, ASP.Net Core, C#
• Knowledge of SharePoint will be an added advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar support role.
