Job Description

Reporting directly to the SVP of Worldwide Sales, Key Customers this role will be critical to the organization’s short- and long-term success. As the Senior Director of Key Customer Sales, you will develop and executive strategies for growing the business. Your industry experience, collaborative and customer-focused style will be instrumental in achieving the company’s competitive advantage.
This is an extraordinary opportunity for someone with a proven track record of achieving sales, retaining customers and generating profitable growth. As a key leader for an industry-leading Hyperscale/Cloud/OEM/B2B sales organization, you will be responsible for leading a >$1Bn global Flash sales team to deliver profitable growth across key customers. If you have a natural talent for building internal and external relationships at all levels of an organization, and you are adept at communicating a technology proposition to customers, you will thrive in this role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of a cross functional sales campaign
- Understand and drive customer requirements into future processes and products
- Direct team interactions cross-functionally, to develop and support unique Flash product (NAND, cSSD, eSSD, eMMC) processes such as Extended End Of Life (EOL), Vendor Managed Inventory stocking (VMI), Special Manufacturing, Shipping, or Service considerations, etc.
- Drive business requirements into Legal and Direct Contract Negotiations
- Provide Operational Support to Executive Management, including Reports, Metrics, and Goals, to efficiently and effectively run the Flash Business.
- Providing detailed and accurate forecasting.
- Coaching and engaging global sales leaders and teams to achieve defined business objectives.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience successfully leading global sales organizations, preferably Storage Systems and Components industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales, retaining customers and generating profitable growth.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, persuasion and presentation).
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
