Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Closely & effectively communicate with Capacity Enterprise, Client tactical PC team and Head & Media buyer team to align between the Planning system and execution
  • Communicate & interlock with Capacity Enterprise, Client tactical PC and Head & Media buyer team to avoid gap between the Planning system and execution
  • Cooperate with the execution team to provide and feedback on existing Planning Process/Systems/Logics to improve current and future business
  • Support for Proof of Concept, Business Requirement documents, Conceptual Design Documents, User Acceptance Test scripts, Project trackers and Exit Criteria for Centralize planning and others Planning system
  • Support and train Tactical PC on End-to-End Production Planning Process, especially the upstream process and downstream process, to ensure the alignment
  • Maintain and support Planning system as usual with report the process/ occurred problem to manager
  • Support analysis technic of Centralize planning system for Client Tactical PC
  • Support both technical and soft skill training to Tactical PC
  • Design and build analytics tools to help factory and operations short and long term objectives
  • Analyze business requirements to create use cases and testing documentation
  • Drive test planning for functional, Integration and user acceptance testing including workshops to conduct the tests
  • Ability to do Trade-off analysis on different levers in Supply Chain and factory
  • Identify Gaps in the current Solutions and Project Manage the implementation of these Gaps working with IT
  • Carrying out data and system analysis to identify technical debt/gaps and develop to-be architecture to provide scalability and flexibility to accommodate growing business needs

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Supply chain and Operations or related field
  • 5+ years of work experience in Factory, Production Control, Supply Chain, Operations, and Project Management or related field
  • Excellent understanding on how factories operate, what are major constraints, how constraints are navigated 

PREFERRED: 

  • Experience in Planning & ERP system development & deployement
  • Good understanding of manufacturing and production planning processes (MES and ERP)
  • Attention to Details
  • Continuous learning

SKILLS:

  • Understand the business processes and business requirement
  • Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and experience in supply chain planning
  • Problem-solving skill – identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve the system issue.
  • Communication skill – able to communicate with business users and IT counterparts, both verbally and in writing.  Bridge the business users with IT counterparts for issue reported and business requirement
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
