Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sustaining and optimize HGA manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality
  • To monitor product quality (HGA parameters, Yield, OQA performance) to ensure all parameters are in control without escapement to customer
  • Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements and new technologies
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of HGA processes with overall manufacturing operations
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to manufacturing people and technicians

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in HGA or related manufacturing

PREFERRED:

  • Good understanding in statistical analysis and data interpretation using tools such as Minitab, JMP or similar software. Ability to analyze related statistical data that related to machine
  • Good understanding of mechanical principles and manufacturing processes
  • Demonstrated track record of successful process improvement initiatives
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

SKILLS:

  • Good communications in English 
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teams and experience in resolving cross-functional issues
  • Project management skills
  • Statistical analyze with statistic tools 
  • Eager on learning and self-development
