Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Product/Process troubleshooting service for daily process issue, To provide containment actions and corrective actions.
- Maintain and update a working knowledge, process flows, configuration, and any other assigned technical area.
- Provide leadership for related incidents or feedback from drive function tests and quality related to the manufacturing process and implement appropriate corrective and preventive action.
- Participate in product and technology transfer between work sites.
- Provide supervision and guidance to the technical crew
- To adequately train and control the actions of their employees to minimize accidents and incidents causing injury and damage
- To liaise with vendors supplying tooling/fixtures spares and fixtures components.
- Lead technicians to achieve department objective goals
- Other job assignments from the supervisor
- Ensure commonality/standardization among the same process/system within related manufacturing
- Comply with 7S activity to ensure the working area is good housekeeping
- Comply with EH&S policy to ensure all workforce safety and sustain a good environment
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. The expected start date for this position is in July 2025
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or experienced no more than 1 year
PREFERRED:
- Knowledge in statistical tools (MSA, Hypothesis, SPC, Lean manufacturing, FMEA, 8D problem solving)
- Project experience in innovation, strategy, or related fields
SKILLS:
- Computer literate, i.e. Microsoft Office, PLC, Minitab, Solidwork, Power BI, and Spotfire
- Skill in basic programming (C, Python)
- Skill in communication and presentation
- Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (Written and Listening)
