Job Description

Under the direction of the Director of Operations and Resort GM, directs, manages, coordinates and controls all activities of resorts whole ownership program as well as established timeshare ownership to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits.

As the Owner Relations Property Manager, you will

  • Primary point of contact with Whole Owners as well as established Timeshare Owners
  • Create new revenue opportunities through new buyers
  • Regain rental management contracts with owners that have left the program
  • Balance the distribution of all revenue within the Whole Ownership rental program
  • Maintain and increase high ADR for all rental units
  • Manage housekeeping and maintenance requests and the associated accounting responsibilities for Whole Owners Payroll processing
  • Work with the Sales team on timelines and contracts for new buyers
  • Communicate with Resort Operations to assist with showing and blocking units
  • Support Whole Owners with Interval International exchanges
  • Working in the Whole Ownership office as an Administrator, ensuring the sales team has access to rooms
  • Act as liaison between Whole Ownership sales and operations
  • Show properties when agents are unavailable and answer sales calls
  • Work the rental program out with all future owners
  • Properly assign revenue to Whole Owners units
  • Book all whole owner reservations
  • Assist with all needs and questions for Whole Owners Sales Team regarding sales, marketing, and resort operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. 
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS Fluent in the English language
