Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer and direct all incoming calls.
- Greet walk-in guests and offer assistance.
- Lead response and follow-up
- Assist Managers with administrative tasks
Other Responsibilities
- Open and close Wedding Salons
- Obtain bank from satellite cage, if applicable
- Ring weddings, conduct retails sales and close transactions in Micros and return bank and receipts to satellite cage.
- Ensure Salons are clean and fresh.
- Conduct Salon tours.
- Schedule appointments on behalf of Wedding Managers.
- Anticipate guest needs and ask if they wish to meet with a Catering or Restaurant Events Team Member during their visit to the Wedding Salons
- Accept wedding gowns and accessories for streaming and/or storage.
- Create leads in Delphi for wedding inquiries.
- Answer general questions regarding pricing and information.
- Send emails to all leads and follow-up.
- Send reception inquiries to the Catering and Restaurant Events Departments as needed
- Generate transportation, room reservations, and salon appointments.
- Generate contracts, credit card portals and process payments.
- Generate, revise and send room reservations
- Generate and send Floral Orders
- Complete other tasks as requested by Assistant Managers or Manager promptly and accurately.
- Set up pre-wedding décor.
- Assist Managers during and after ceremonies
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest service, hospitality or sales is preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
