Company Description
The Service Supervisor oversees the daily operation of the Service Call Center ensuring excellent customer service performance expectations are met or exceeded.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the Service Manager
- Assisting in the prompt resolution of any guest service issues by supervising or personally handling the recovery
- Monitoring incoming call volumes, training, maintaining time and attendance records, conducting employee performance evaluations, responding to emergencies and notifying appropriate departments
- Completing Telecom Convention billing
- Assisting with the compilation of CMS reports
Job Description
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Minimum of two years customer call center experience at least one year of which supervisory in nature
