Job Description

The Banquet Scheduling Manager is responsible for: 

  • Managing server schedules based on the A, B and C list.
  • Processing the daily changes, pop-up functions and adjusting the server schedules as necessary.
  • Must be able to cover the Coordinator assignments when needed to include payroll edits, processing distribution, processing change logs, creating sign-in sheets, attending CEO review meetings and maintaining phone coverage.
  • Monitors self-scheduling systems closely and ensures coverage during events.
  • Responsible for calculating and submitting bi-weekly payroll.
  • Manages administrative staff development and performance.
  • Reports directly to the Senior Scheduling Manager

Qualifications

  • Must possess strong computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Delphi and Celayix and Kronos preferred.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
