The Inside Sales Manager is primarily responsible for acquiring new customers through the sale of our time and attendance software application.

Job Functions: 

- Demonstrated ability to close sales over the phone 
- Demonstrated ability to meet quota within an assigned territory 
- Ability to influence and persuade decision makers 
- Effective written and oral communications skills 
- Previous experience selling software or hardware products over the phone 
- Demonstrated ability to sell software to technical buyers, such as Directors and Managers of IT, 
  as well as human resource professionals. 
- Experience developing own lead opportunities within a sales region 

Job Requirements: 

- Ability to foster strong relationships over the phone 
- Experience selling HR/Time and Attendance software a plus 
- Aptitude and dedication to manage a process from beginning to end, with little direction 
- Experience in meeting and exceeding quotas 
- Desire to hit the ground running and learn things quickly 
- Solid communicator with strong personal skills and the ability to work with a small team 
- Experience in meeting and balancing customer demands 
- Bachelor’s degree preferred 

Key Traits: 

- Previous SaaS experience a plus 
- Excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast paced environment 
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize with little guidance 
- Very thorough and consistently able to follow through; does not rely on others to get the job
  done 
- Ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and efficiently through well developed
  communication skills 
- Analytical in nature; understands data and basic statistics 
- Maintains positive attitude and approachable demeanor 
- Takes initiative to identify and resolve process inefficiencies 
- Brings new ideas to the table and makes strong recommendations 
- Proactive, results-focused, team-oriented, with superior work ethic 
- Flexible and open to change
