B & M Financial Management Services, specializing inaccounting and financial staffing services located in New York is seeking anexternal staffing sales representative with a passion for sales join ourteam. This position offers flexibility,career growth, and unlimited financial rewards for your efforts.
The ideal person for this position must have exceptionalsales experience . This positionfocusing on developing new business through prospecting and cold calling, aswell as using your strong presentation and negotiation skills. Must have asolid proven track record in successful selling. In this role, you will beinvolved in planning and executing effective sales strategies to meet or exceedprofit and growth targets; identifying and properly qualifying businessopportunities; and opening new accounts while expanding business at existingaccounts.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in the staffingindustry
- A proven track record of breaking new accountsusing innovative sales approaches
- Superior communication, presentation andcustomer service skills
- Effective negotiation and closing techniques
- The ability to achieve and/or exceed salesquotas
- The ability to work independently and as part ofa team
- Strong networking and relationship-buildingskills
- A professional demeanor, positive attitude, andengaging personality
- A strong work ethic motivated by results
- The ability to stay organized and prioritizemultiple tasks without compromising quality or service
