We’re happy to invite you to a conference where recruiters and job seekers will get together to talk about the future of recruiting. It's a chance to meet people, listen to what they say, reflect, and learn to network.
You will be paired with a recruiter and have a 30 minute informational interview. While you should not expect to return home with an offer letter, it’s an opportunity to make a new friend and help influence the recruiting community.
Sign UpWednesday Sept 11 from 2:30pm - 4:30pm or later

Network with 300 recruiters from the world’s largest companies
“The greatest thing any human being can do for another human being, who's gone through a crisis, is to be human. Hiring Success brings this level of consciousness in the conference and offers tools to surmount our difficulties.”
We’re inviting job seekers from minority groups to Hiring Success. We are working with their community leaders from the deaf and hard of hearing, blind or with visual impairments, gay and trans, autistic and neurodiverse, physically disabled, elderly, refugees, returning from incarceration, prostitution and human trafficking communities to invite job seekers who are in a healthy place, ready to contribute to society or already contributing to society.
We are inviting recruiting leaders at global and medium sized enterprises in almost all industries: retail, construction, food and beverage, manufacturing, technology, healthcare, hospitality, transportation, financials …
Though recruiters will not be hiring for a specific job, the meeting will help you gain networking skills, build a relationship and maybe a friendship with a recruiter. It allows you to learn about recruiting and help make it more inclusive of your community. The goal of the meeting is to build much needed bridges between communities who have a lot to benefit from one another.
Most conversations will take place in English, but we will also have many conversations in Dutch and Dutch sign language.
We've worked to make the conference accessible to anyone with a visible or invisible disability. We also added a question in the sign up link regarding need for special accommodation. We will try to accommodate every need.
There is no restriction for the level of education or past experience. The organizations present hire people in jobs of all skill levels including jobs that require more physical work. Many also have teams that focus on diversity and inclusion at work.
The event will start at 2:30pm. You will meet the community leader who invited you to Hiring Success. You will register and meet your interviewer. The community leader will share the interview questions and any special accommodations that were made (e.g. a sign language interpreter, a live transcription app, a white board) to facilitate the interview. Questions will be contextual and are designed to get to know one another. They will not be focused on a particular skill. It will be a 30 minute interview followed by a closing keynote which ends at 4:30pm. You are welcome to stay for the happy hour (alcohol served) to continue the conversation.
Because the format is simultaneous interviews with everyone in the audience, we need to match the job seekers with the number of attendees. We will have space for around 300 job seekers and have a waitlist. If you are interested, please sign up here.
