Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Manager/Head, Corporate Development and Investor Relations to work closely with the CXO’s and strategy team supporting growth through effective execution of potential M&A opportunities, strategic investments and driving investor relations.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive and supports the M&A process, including the evaluation, analysis, due diligence, negotiation and execution of potential opportunities.

  • Drive and support the quarterly earnings process, including the preparation of investor presentations, earnings scripts, and Q&A

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to determine key narratives and messaging to the investment community

  • Manage relationships with investors, prepare executives for investor meetings and also meet investors

  • Making Board / Committee presentations

  • Conducts market research, monitors competitive landscape, and develops an informed perspective on the ecosystem

  • Performs ad-hoc projects supporting other business units or functions across the company

  • Managing the company's relationships and coordinating with various service providers such as investment banks and external subject matter (tax, legal, accounting etc) experts as required.

  • Enhance corporate development and investor relations processes

Qualifications

What you have:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Business or equivalent experience from a tier 1 college or university

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance with an emphasis in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or a similar field

  • Experience with capital markets or e-commerce is a plus

  • Experience managing relationships with senior executives, both internally and externally

  • Demonstrated ability to both lead and support, whether it is leading a project or driving independent analysis

  • Strong understanding of financial analysis and valuation methodologies

  • Good negotiation skills
