Initiative and enthusiasm are key attributes that we are looking for in a Manager as you will be the one who leads, trains, develops and motivates your team members to succeed. You must be able to model and teach a customer service orientation. Prior parking experience is a definite plus. High customer service demeanor is a must!

To become an integral part of the Lanier team you will need: 
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in property or facility management. 
• A clean background check. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate your team to high performance. 
• A passion for customer service. 
• An ability to think strategically and creatively. 
• A good working knowledge of computer software, especially MS Office. 
• The ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.
