Job Description

We are a national distributor of millwork related products with an immediate full-time opening for a Warehouse Worker in at our warehouse location near West 71st and I-465, NW Indianapolis.  This is a Monday - Friday dayshift position, typically 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.  Respondents must have a minimum of one year warehouse experience and be able to lift up to 85 pounds occasionally and 65 pounds on a frequent basis. 

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required.  Respondents must have proven experience on both sit-down and stand-up lift trucks with a minimum of one year experience.  Respondents must also have basic computer skills and proven experience with Microsoft Outlook, (open and read email orders), Microsoft Excel, (extracts necessary information from spreadsheets). Prior experience using UPS WorldShip to administer customer orders is preferred.

Hourly new hires can qualify for a 50 cent increase after the successful completion of the 90 day Introduction Period and receive consideration for an additional merit wage increase each year on their hire anniversary date in conjunction with an acceptable review under the Company’s Annual Performance Review program. Regular full-time hourly employees also have the opportunity for earn up to $300.00 in additional bonus compensation per quarter via our Key Performance Incentive (KPI) program.
