San Francisco – May 20, 2021 – SmartRecruiters today announces two new additions to the senior leadership team: Keith Remling, Vice President of Professional Services and Holland McCue, Director of Hiring Success, to accelerate hiring and client services initiatives and scale next-stage growth across the organization.
As the head of global talent acquisition, Holland brings significant TA and Marketing experience to SmartRecruiters. Most recently, she helped drive the TA transformation at Delta Air Lines. Previously, she led Employer Brand Strategy for Cox Enterprises, and oversaw B2B Marketing for Kinetix, a strategic consulting firm and Baker’s Dozen RPO. At SmartRecruiters, Holland and the TA team will focus on meeting SmartRecruiters’ aggressive growth goals as companies ramp up hiring in 2021.

Keith Remling joins SmartRecruiters with more than 20 years of Talent Software and Professional Services experience. Most recently, he led Services Delivery and Operations at Cornerstone On Demand. Previously, Keith held several Services and Leadership positions with SuccessFactors and he led Compensation and Benefits Implementation Services at Workscape (ADP). At SmartRecruiters, Keith will be focused on scaling client services and implementation for global enterprises that are beginning their Hiring Success journey. The professional services function plays a pivotal role in customer success and helping enterprises transform Talent Acquisition at their companies.
