San Francisco – January 14, 2020 – SmartRecruiters is excited to welcome Frances Ibe as VP of Product to lead all product research & development for the core enterprise Talent Acquisition Suite. Frances will own the product vision and innovations to help customers achieve Hiring Success around the world. This includes conquering the hiring needs of the future – including remote hiring, diversity hiring, internal mobility, and onboarding.
Frances joins SmartRecruiters with extensive expertise within HR Tech, spending over a decade building enterprise platforms and leading global teams at organizations such as CareerBuilder and ADP. Frances’ people-first approach to product focuses on simple and delightful user experiences that are inclusive, ethical, and data-driven.
At SmartRecruiters, Frances will be responsible for helping customers achieve Hiring Success so they can hire the right talent, on time and on budget. The global landscape for recruitment has evolved. No longer regarded as a cost center but a strategic partner, more companies understand that who they hire defines who they are as a business. To help companies hire better, Frances will continue to optimize the end-to-end TA Suite that equips companies with the collaboration, automation, and efficiency that hiring teams need.

Frances’ experience building and leading teams is extensive. Frances’ previous role was at the explosive tech scale-up Lookaftermybills.com, whose mission is to save UK consumers significant money on their household bills. Frances led new product development efforts to expand the service into new verticals. At ADP, Frances owned the human capital management platform, an ecosystem of products to successfully onboard and manage employees. Frances also built teams focused on using global job and candidate data to deliver career insights products for consumers during her tenure at Careerbuilder.
As an authentic and passionate leader, Frances volunteers and speaks at events, to encourage younger generations to pursue STEM careers, and support more women and diverse representation within leadership, technology, and product professions. Frances holds an Executive MBA from London Business School.
