ProSidian Consulting is seeking an experienced Marketing & Fulfilment Project Manager to manage a logistics and fulfillment project. The PM must be a highly-motivated professional with great communication skills and understanding of project management guidelines as listed in the PMBOK. This role is responsible for day-to-day project management and ensures quality in packing, shipping, distribution, and receiving processes as well as organizing key information structures.
We are seeking a Marketing & Fulfilment Project Manager who can hit the ground running and make a difference! This position will be accountable for assisting in the creation and management of direct mail, print and digital marketing materials and relationships involving them. As an experienced Marketing & Fulfilment Project Manager with ProSidian, you will be in an invigorating and challenging environment with high standards for work quality, professionalism, and teamwork.
Fulfilment project manager job duties provide strong project and program management skills, documenting programs accurately and providing team management, coordination and timely execution. Marketing project manager job duties include successfully managing all marketing or logistics support projects through to completion. SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project
- Proven experience managing marketing, logistics, and fulfilment operations
- High level of attention to detail and organization with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Knowledge of all aspects of the direct marketing, logistics, and fulfilment operations including strategy, creative development, production, research, measurement and media
- Excellent inventory and project management skills are required for this job.
- Familiarity with computerized inventory forecasting and fulfillment programs is necessary.
- Good communication abilities are required to effectively negotiate with vendors as well as supervise and motivate the fulfillment staff.
- The ability to analyze demographics and trends in client operations to efficiently meet fluctuating demands and avoid excess inventory.

MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER JOB DUTIES
- Successfully manage all marketing or logistics support projects through to completion.
- Participate in meetings with other marketing and logistics staff to develop strategies to meet marketing and logistics goals.
- Coordinate the timely production of marketing materials.
- Manage the document production processes - coordinate with Creative Services, Print Production, and Program Manager.
- Monitor creative services, web services, and print services production and delivery, providing updates and ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Coordinate the proper dissemination of collateral and marketing materials to the designated sources; help print production establish their pick lists for packet assembly.
- Manage marketing communications, promotion products, or sales project management and reporting tools and processes
- Accurate forecasting of marketing expenses and ability to manage a budget
FULFILMENT PROJECT MANAGER JOB DUTIES
- Provide strong project and program management skills, documenting programs accurately and providing team management, coordination and timely execution
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of each program
- Provide summary review of marketing and logistics projects to key stakeholders.
- Responsible for the public and stakeholder (military) facing websites including content management, design input, troubleshooting, testing, reporting and analysis.
- Develop and distribute site reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate daily efforts of the Logistics Operations including time lines, creative development, legal reviews, production, budgets and status reports
- Other tasks in support of the marketing, logistics, and fulfilment operations
- Inventory planning and guaranteeing orders are efficiently processed
- Constant interaction with vendors to guarantee fluid, up-to-date inventory of goods
- Constantly monitor warehouse processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity
- Regular communications with marketing manager to forecast market trends
- Contract with enough vendors so that customer demands will be met without interruption.
- Regularly prepare and manage budgets for review and approval by upper management.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- A fulfillment manager typically divides her time between office and the warehouse. The warehouse is a flex space and has full office functionality with warehouse delivery capability in back, a uniform facade, ample parking space for clients and employees in front with professionally landscaped surroundings
- Office time is usually devoted to vendor negotiations and tracking inventory movement via computer.
- Warehouse time spent supporting and working with warehouse operations to prepare and package orders for timely shipment.
- May be required to walk or stand to observe processing and packing procedures.
- Overtime occasionally may be required to resolve inventory or shipping issues.
- Professional business attire is expected for this position.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 3 or more years’ experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken for presentations
- Organized with a sharp eye for detail with ability to document using clear, concise and grammatically correct language
- Proven effective leader; ability to manage projects with large work teams
- Ability to broker differences and manage conflict well
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing requirements
- Familiarity with print processes for development of collateral materials
- Familiarity with web development and design, reporting, and content management and writing
- Must be team oriented able to communicate with a variety of people and vendors
- Ability to identify and resolve issues relating to meeting deadlines
- To be considered for a position as a fulfillment manager requires a bachelor's degree, preferably with concentration in business administration, marketing, operations or another field related to inventory and management.
- Knowledge gained from previous inventory or fulfillment management jobs is preferred.
