Job Description
The purpose of this position will be to perform a very wide range of support functions within a government agency who acts as the executive agent for all 54 States and Territories. The purpose of this contract is to provide the necessary level of professional, technical, organizational, and business improvement and support services required to facilitate the overall objectives of the agency. This individual must be diligent, organized, and hold themselves to a high standard of professionalism while performing their work.

Qualifications
Communications Team (SCT) queue in the Task Management Tool (TMT) and disseminate the taskers to government personnel within the SCT as well as facilitate with appropriate government personnel to complete each task. The contractor shall perform background research, facilitate and participate in working groups and operational planning team synchronization as well as edit and review correspondence required to complete taskers with the organization strategic communication IAW AR 25-50. The contractor shall upload/download documents edited and reviewed correspondence within TMT required to support these taskers.
Writing, editing, and preparation of speeches for government leaders will be a major focus of this position. The contractor shall update and maintain an information database to draw material from for speeches, presentations, and briefings as well as analyze/research and tailor speeches to ensure correct themes & messages are delivered. They will be asked to edit and review articles, white papers, and strategic talking points for personnel within the Engagement Communication Messaging (ECM) Board and leadership. This contractor shall attend and facilitate working groups and OPTs with Directorates and partner organizations in developing effective, long-term communications plan.
This contractor shall provide technical writing, formatting and editing for multiple monthly, quarterly, and annual publications this agency publishes as well as draft, format, and edit specific plans/initiatives such as ARNG Strategic Communications Plan, ARNG Vision & Strategy, ARNG Strategic Assessment Report to name a few. The contractor shall perform research, conduct focus groups, interviews when necessary to accomplish the task. The contractor shall also conduct training sessions on the technical aspects of Strategic Communication and Engagement periodically to all team members to ensure compliance and efficiency moving forward.
