To train & develop company field employee & trainees

• To train all the internal and external trainees
• To prepare equipment and required material for training ( Documentation and paper work)
• To mark all training exams, questionnaires
• Record all trainings document Cards Certificates, attendance sheets etc
• Maintain and update employee trainings files and training matrix
• To provide refresher courses
• To be able to work as Training coordinator when required
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Manager

Note: The courses & training materials are ready & provided by company for the trainer to conduct sessions in class room.

1. Nebosh , OSHA or IOSH Certifications
2. Train the trainers courses ( First Aid, Fire Fighting, confined Space Entry, H2S level  other safety courses)
3. Bilingual ( English & Arabic)
4. Time oriented
5. Safety practioner
6. 3-5 years of  experience in the same position
7. Knowledge of Oil Field Industrial Safety & Operations will be an advantage.
8. Time management skills
9. Ability to transfer knowledge
10. Confident
