Job Description
The IT Manufacturing Systems Administrator is an individual contributor within the Information Technology department, tasked with addressing business needs through the maintenance, implementation, support, and documentation of complex computer systems used by the company. You will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and management of our new server room, as well as the overall IT systems that support our silicon carbide semiconductor production.
Responsibilities
- Administration and configuration of RTD (Real Time Dispatcher), PULSE (Tableau Pulse), ATLAS (DataWarehouse)
- Programs/maintains extremely complex and highly specialized applications and systems to develop and/or modify automated business systems
- Tests and debugs complex computer programs requiring in-depth knowledge of specific interactive environments to support system performance of the RTD “Real Time Dispatcher” (in-house developed)
- Collect Operations requirements and production planning, mapping them into configurations for the RTD and document for internal purpose.
- Systems maintenance, upgrades, patching and configurations according to operation needs.
- Provides on-call technical support to computer systems users.
- Work together with international system administrator network and locally directly with operations department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration in programming, mainframes, microcomputers or PCs.
- 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge on Low-code / No-code
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing process.
- Good IT troubleshooting skills.
- Must have the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Additional Information
- This role will be working on site in Roseville, CA.
- This position will travel international as needed, potentially annually for weeks at a time.
- This position works Monday- Friday, additional hours as necessary.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-$95,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
