Job Description
Build, manage and guide the digitisation of the Business Unit Credit and Lending environment by executing on the agreed Lending Journeys and Digitisation initiatives for Business Lending/CAF/Specialised products and optimise credit processes to create a streamlined and efficient end to end lending experience. Manage the relevant credit systems and ensure that all data, compliance, legal, operational and change risk management is managed.

Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Banking, Information Technology
Experience Required
Credit Risk – BCB
Risk & Corporate Affairs
5-7 years
Experience in the Credit environment, specifically the credit processes related to Business Lending, CAF and specialised products (Commercial Property Finance, Debtors Finance, Trade Finance etc) , as well as the legal, compliance and regulatory environment that must be complied with. Exposure to lending and credit processes to build the required capability within a complex lending environment. Experience with delivering on projects with milestones and deliverables.
Experience in change management and commercial asset finance is preferable.
